We are in Lake Sherwood for a great sale featuring high end designer furniture, clothing, and more.

This sale will be my appointment only. If you would like to attend, please follow the instructions to gain attendance to this sale. We will not respond to phone calls or text messages regarding this sale. All correspondence will be made through email only.

Once we receive your request, we will respond to you with the day and time your appointment is made for, and address for this sale. This sale is behind the gates in Lake Sherwood and will need special access to attend.

Now onto the sale:

High End and beautiful items available. Jonathan Adler, MacKenzie-Childs, Arhaus, and Eurocave to name a few designers that are available. This sale also features Men’s and Women’s Clothing and accessories, Packed Kitchen, Baby items, and home décor. We will be updating this ad as we progress with setting up. Please check back.

Regarding parking: Please use your GPS to locate the home. There will be plenty of street parking to choose from. Please enter through the front walkway of this home. Please follow the posted speed limit, and don’t block driveways. Not adhering to these simple rules will allow you not to attend our sales.

All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. We accept all major credit cards (minimum $50), but do not accept checks.

You will need to haul your own items. We are not responsible to assist moving heavy items for you. Please do not ask or assume.

Backpacks and purses are not allowed in our sales. You will be turned away at the door. By entering this property, you agree to be recorded on our surveillance system. Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

No previews or prices given out prior to sale day. Please do not call prior to the sale requesting prices. We do not quote prices before the sale begins.

We do not honor any list generated by anyone. The line at the door is the deciding factor.
