Million Dollar Estate Sales is in La Canada this weekend!
We sure have missed all of you. We have been on a sabbatical since this world-wide pandemic started. But we have decided to start taking sales again. No more online auctions for us!
The first of many is this beautiful home on La Canada! The homeowner has decided to relocate and we have the task of selling the items they don’t want to keep. Let me tell you the items remaining are pretty fantastic. It is defiantly worth the drive to La Canada from anywhere in Southern California. Super easy location to get to, right off the 210.
Let’s get back to what is available. Many fantastic pieces of furniture in pristine condition. Beautiful Home décor, Large Bronze statues, Original Artwork, and a plethora of outdoor potted plants and furniture. But we haven’t mentioned the jewelry. We will be following the CDC guidelines for entry to this home. Entry will not be allowed without proper protection. YOU MUST HAVE A MASK ON TO GAIN ENTRY TO THIS HOME. We will be providing a sanitization station for added protection.
Parking is easy to this home. The driveway will be off limits for anyone to park in. There is plenty of street parking. For pickup only, permission to park in the driveway will be allowed.
All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. We accept all major credit cards (minimum $50), but do not accept checks. WE CHARGE A 3% FEE ON ALL CHARGES.
You will need to haul your own items. We are not responsible to assist moving heavy items for you. Please do not ask or assume. We have movers on standby if needed.
Backpacks and purses are not allowed in our sales. You will be turned away at the door. By entering this property, you agree to be recorded on our surveillance system. Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
No previews or prices given out prior to sale day. Please do not call prior to the sale requesting prices. We do not quote prices before the sale begins.
The owner has requested that no pets be allowed in this home. Service animals with proper documentation will be permitted in accordance to the law.
We do not hand out numbers, nor do we provide a list for sign up. We leave that up to you. Hope to see you there!
