We were dropped this extraordinary sale literally at the last minute located 1 block from the beach in the heart of Manhattan Beach. The owner of this fabulous home is a world-renowned music producer, working with the likes of Michael Jackson, Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake, and Whitney Houston, just to name a few. Our task is to liquidate the remaining items for the family in 2 days. This sale will be mid-week, due to a short escrow, and the parking around this home. Please be advised there is extremely limited parking in this beach neighborhood. Parking will be difficult, but this sale is well worth it. Everything is extremely high end, and I mean everything. We are going to be going through the home in the coming days and will possibly we be adding pictures as needed. The core of this home is furniture. Please do understand the items will be priced to sell, and the family requests that any furniture be moved carefully, and professionally. This home is 3 stories and could be difficult to maneuver furniture throughout. Any items purchased MUST be removed by 2:00 pm on Thursday.

You will need to haul your own items. We are not responsible to assist moving heavy items for you. Please do not ask or assume.

Backpacks and purses are not allowed in our sales. You will be turned away at the door. By entering this property, you agree to be recorded on our surveillance system. Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

No previews or prices given out prior to sale day. Please do not call prior to the sale requesting prices. We do not quote prices before the sale begins.

We do not honor any list generated by anyone. The line at the door is the deciding factor.
