Please do not block anyone’s driveway and be courteous to the neighbors. We appreciate it. Purses are discouraged at this sale. If you feel the need to bring your purse into this home, we reserve the right to search.

We follow all CDC guidelines regarding the wearing of masks and PPE. We always have PPE available and hand sanitizer at our sales. The home owner has requested that pets are not permitted in their home, so please leave them at home.

 

Plenty of street parking in this exclusive neighborhood. We ask you to be prepared to move anything purchased at the time of payment. We need to have this home cleared out by the end of the sale. If needed please have movers on standby. We will work with you on the removal of large items, but keep in mind they NEED to be removed no later than the end of the sale on Sunday.
